ROCKER COVER RACING
THE COURSE:
RULES.
(as interpreted by M.Price)
1. The course shall consist of a launch incline eight (8)feet long followed by a level run of twenty (20)feet.
2. The launch incline and the track shall be devided into two lanes .The incline shall be two(2) feet high at the rear most part & level with course at the front edge.
3. The start must be by means of a mechanical start operated by the racers taking part.
4. The finish line must be clearly defined at the end of the track.
5. The track is separated down the middle to prevent racers from colliding and must have edging to prevent the racers from leaving the track.
THE RACE;
1. Cars will be run in heats of two cars the best of three runs first car to win two heats will progress to the next round
2. The cars are launched with their front wheels against the starting mechanism
3. The race will be started by means of trigger mechanism activated by the racers whose cars are on the starting line.
4. The start of the race will instigated by a sequence of three red lights, once all lights are lit, the racers must wait for the lights to turn off and the race will commence
5. The first car across the finishing line will be deemned the winner
6. If neither cars cross the finish line then the car travelling the farthest down the track will be the winner.
7. Winning cars will advance to the next round until all are eliminated except one car.

THE CAR.
1. The car shall be built from a steel “A” series engine rocker cover.
2. It shall consist of no more than four wheels.
3. The cars shall have no power source what so ever apart from gravity.
4. The maximum length will be 14 inches overall. 35,56 cm
5. The maximum width must be 8inches. Across its extremities. 20,32 cm
6. The maximum diameter of the wheels must be 5 inches. 12,7 cm
7. The maximum height must be 8 inches. 20,32 cm
8. The maximum weight must be 6 pounds. 2,72154 kg
9. All wheels touching the track must be none metallic.
10. External diameter of the front wheels must not exceed the front of the car.
11. Any type of wheel or bearings can be used.
12. No electrical or magnetic devices may be used on the cars.
13. There is no limitations on decoration on the cars or stickers.(NO OBSCENITIES)
CLASSES
1. The first class will be standard cars as per BMOC racers.
2. The second will be an open class open to any one who wishes to take part but must adhere to the rules laid down
3. The third class will a concourse de elegance open to anyone.

Liter ist etwas heftig, bist du sicher dass deine ECU nicht mit dem Notprogramm läuft (Fehleranzeige-LED checken)
und über andere zu reden ist anscheinend auch ein ganz GROßES ((ost))-Deutsches Problem......):
........am Start, beim Tempo und der gefahrenen Weite war das das Schnellste Fahrzeug.:p ........wurde aber aufgrund des Motor,s (Gummi) aus der Wertung genommen............Spass hatt es trotzdem gemacht......hehe
